Chef Ryan Pollnow opened Aatxe, one of the newest properties for Ne Timeas Restaurant Group, in April 2015. The restaurant serves Basque-inspired food with seasonally-focused dishes. Chef Ryan will be preparing his individual take on paella.

flour + water will teach a pasta workshop led by Chef Thomas McNaughton. From the inspiration behind his cookbook, to the distinctive dishes that hit the menu each night, Chef will talk about pasta making techniques, shapes found at the restaurant as well as pasta dough found regionally throughout Italy, with an overview of their ingredients, textures and uses.
